About

I am a fashion designer based in San Francisco, passionate about garment construction, textile design, and sewing. I’m constantly stepping out of my comfort zone to experiment with different silhouettes and textiles. I like to capture compositions and textures that surround me to use as inspiration.

Rue Parisienne

Rue Parisienne is a captivating collection that seamlessly combines the vibrant textures and colors of Parisian streets with the opulent grandeur of the Palace of Versailles through delicate hand embroidery. This collection showcases the essence and opulence of two iconic aspects of French culture, intertwining them in an array of timeless beauty and sophistication.

Senior Thesis

My thesis collection combines two of my favorite things: flamenco dancing and rock music. For this project, I collaborated with textile designer Jen Chu and jewelry and metal arts designer Mercede Sheybani. This irreverent collection disrupts societal norms of gender and current beauty standards.

Oxidized

For this collection, I draw inspiration from architecture and decayed urban structures in Canada. The silhouettes are structured yet fluid, echoing the dynamic lines of those shapes. The textiles have been transformed using rust, hand pleating, dye remover, and Shibori techniques, harmoniously coming together in a particularly organic collection.
